Order Processing

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and another email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order value.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • USA: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days — flat rate $5.99. Free shipping for orders over $99.
    • International (outside USA): Estimated delivery 10–25 business days (shipping fees calculated at checkout; may vary by country).
  • Shipping locations: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or diplomatic addresses.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
  • If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these charges.
  • Please check your country’s regulations for possible fees before placing your order.
  • If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes and the order is returned to us, we will refund you minus original shipping costs and any return fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery.
  • Keep all packaging materials and photographs of damaged items. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.

Address Issues & Delivery Failures

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
